Useful information

Deposit

Your reservation becomes binding upon payment of a deposit corresponding to 20% of the total booking price.

Booking confirmation

Your booking becomes valid as soon as you receive our booking confirmation.

Arrival and departure

The apartment is at your disposal from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Breakfast

On request, we will be happy to deliver fresh bread rolls to your apartment.

Pets

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments. Thank you for your understanding.

Smoking

Please be informed that smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Parking

You are welcome to park your car for free in our underground garage (1 parking space per apartment).

Travel insurance

Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances get in the way of a well-deserved holiday. This is why we recommend taking out travel insurance to cover any expenses paid or due in the event of cancellation.

Cancellation policy

Although Italian consumer protection laws don’t provide for the right of cancellation, we grant you the option of cancelling your booking under the following conditions:

• 30 days or less before arrival: the deposit is retained as handling fee
• 3 days or less before arrival: the booking price is charged in full
